GREEN SMOOTHIES

Green Apple Orange Smoothie

  1. Hand full of kale
  2. Hand full of spinach
  3. One small green apple
  4. 1/4 cup orange juice
  5. (ice optional)

Instructions: Combine all ingredients into a blender. blend till smooth. (serves one)

Parsley Pine Smoothie

  1. Hand full of spinach
  2. 3 – branches of parsley
  3. 1 – cup chopped pineapples
  4. 1 – small green apple
  5. 1/3 – cup orange juice
  6. (ice optional)

Grape Fruit Mix Smoothie

  1. Hand full of kale
  2. 2 – celery stalks
  3. 1- cup pineapple
  4. 1- small pear
  5. 1/3- cup grape fruit juice

SUMMER MANGO SMOOTHIE

Mango Strawberry Smoothie

  1. 1 – small whole mango (pealed & diced)
  2. 5 – strawberries
  3. 1 – whole banana
  4. 1/3 – cup coconut milk

Instructions: Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend till smooth. (serves one)

Mango Kiwi Smoothie

  1. 1 – small whole mango (pealed & diced)
  2. 2 – kiwi’s (pealed & diced)
  3. 1- small cucumber (pealed chopped)
  4. 1/3 – cup cranberry juice
  5. (ice optional)

Mango Pine Smoothie

  1. 1 – small whole mango (pealed & diced)
  2. 1 – cup of pineapple
  3. Hand full spinach
  4. 1/3 – cup orange juice

Pineapple Mango Delight

  1. 1/2 – pineapple
  2. 2 – small whole mangoes
  3. 2 – small cucumber
  4. 1/2 – cup orange juice
  5. (ice optional)
