Dance is natures own natural rhythms, an artistic representation of sound vibration
Aiding in cleansing, detoxing, unclogging the mind, the waist, the waste… as we groove to sounds such as: Konpa, Reggae, Latin, Hip-Hop and African beats.
Dance while freeing yourself from stress, anger, jealousy, anxiety also trimming your SUPER HUMAN body, and creating the world that you foresee.
It’s purposeful movement. Burning off fat, reducing blood pressure, riding you of any mental stress while purposefully imagining producing a new with every step.
Each workshop offers a 45 minutes, high energetic dance fitness or regular fitness session. Grooving to Island rhythms such as Haiti’s Kompa, Jamaica’ s Reggae, African Beats and American Hip Hop.
In Verdic Sanskrit, YOGA means to add, to join, to unite or to attach (Etymology). Yoga in more ways than one can heighten your mind, body, spirit and soul. This aligned connection improves your overall flexibility ( as within so out ) which can drastically improve your health.
Along with improved flexibility, making yoga a disciplined practice in your daily activities can improve muscle strength, balance, posture, joint mobility, spine health plus improve bone density.
Our Yoga Instructor(s) are mindful to your individual needs and offer private sessions to fit your convenience. Walking with you through the journey of synchronizing breath with movement and allowing the body to ease into a more flexible aligned flow.

We flow with you through this journey, offering suggestions as you self guide through 35 minutes of tranquil meditation after grooving in Dance OR Group Fitness and stretching, soothing your limbs with our Yoga Instructor.
